Banu Yildirim is a Swiss-based visual storyteller specializing in fine art portraiture and editorial photography. Her images explore the quiet strength of women, the intimacy of stillness, and the poetry of everyday moments — often through the timeless lens of black and white.
Drawing inspiration from cinema, silence, and feminine resilience, Banu creates portraits that feel both soft and powerful. She works primarily in natural light, and captures emotion beyond words.
She is currently based between Basel and Zürich, and is open for collaborations, exhibitions, and creative commissions.
